• Learners must present a valid learner licence, driver licence, or recognised overseas licence before the commencement of each lesson.
• Failure to provide a valid licence may result in the lesson being cancelled or postponed.
• Applicable cancellation fees may apply.

Safety is the highest priority at Baba Driving Academy.

• The training vehicle is fitted with dual controls, which may be used by the instructor whenever necessary to maintain safety and prevent dangerous situations.
• Learners are expected to follow all lawful and reasonable instructions provided by the instructor during a lesson.
• Baba Driving Academy reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate a lesson immediately if a learner:
  • Engages in unsafe or dangerous behaviour
  • Refuses reasonable instruction
  • Acts aggressively, abusively, or disrespectfully
  • Attends a lesson under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Places themselves, the instructor, passengers, or other road users at risk
• Where a lesson is terminated due to unacceptable behaviour, the full lesson fee will remain payable.

Baba Driving Academy is committed to maintaining a respectful and supportive learning environment.

• Learners are expected to treat the instructor, other road users, and members of the public with courtesy and respect at all times.
• Repeated short-notice cancellations, failure to attend scheduled lessons, or inappropriate behaviour may result in future bookings being declined.

• Learners are responsible for their own personal belongings during lessons.
• While reasonable efforts will be made to assist in locating items left in the training vehicle, Baba Driving Academy accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal property.

• The training vehicle is fitted with a dash camera for safety, incident management, training, and quality assurance purposes.
• Video and audio recordings may be collected during lessons and managed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
• By participating in a driving lesson, learners acknowledge and consent to the use of dash camera recordings for these purposes.

• Baba Driving Academy offers prepaid lessons and lesson packages to help learners plan their training and progress towards their driving goals.
• All prepaid lessons and lesson packages are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
• Unused lessons remaining after the validity period may expire unless an extension has been approved by Baba Driving Academy in exceptional circumstances.
• Prepaid lessons and lesson packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Invoices, receipts, and payment records are available upon request.

• Lesson fees must be paid before or at the commencement of the lesson unless otherwise agreed by Baba Driving Academy.
• Prepaid lessons and lesson packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Baba Driving Academy reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services where payment has not been received or where outstanding amounts remain unpaid.
• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be updated from time to time. Any price changes will not affect lessons or packages that have already been paid for.

• Lessons may be rescheduled without charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
• Requests received with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a cancellation.

• Lessons will generally finish at the scheduled time.
• If a learner arrives late, the missed portion of the lesson may not be recoverable, particularly where another booking follows.
• The full lesson fee remains payable.

• If a learner fails to attend a scheduled lesson without notice, or is more than 10 minutes late without contacting Baba Driving Academy, the lesson may be cancelled and the full lesson fee may be charged.
